真是没得说的。有个问题，我的车是全保，如果对方答应私了（他的车是旧车），我还
能向保险公司索赔我自己车的损失吗？还有啊，年初的时候我已经有过一次accident，
但因为是第一次，所以没有涨保险，这次会不会保险费大涨啊？蹭bumper应该是赔偿额
很小，也会使保险费大涨吗？好紧张。 | c********h

发帖数: 675 | 5 IMO, you should not 向保险公司索赔我自己车的损失. Neither should you 私了.
Even you have comprehensive plan, you still need to pay the deductible,
maybe 500? That should be more than what you need to fix your own car.
As for the pocket money, you do not have to pay yourself. Insurance company
will pay for it. That is what insurance is used for, no matter how much the
insurance costs. It is hard to believe that the insurance company will raise
you fee because you scratch other's car.
