Feb. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Dubai and Dubai World have not yet made an offer to
creditors on the state-owned holding company’s debt restructuring plan, a
spokeswoman of the emirate’s Department of Finance said.
The government wants to give creditors enough time to understand Dubai World
’s business plan and analyze any future debt restructuring proposal, the
spokeswoman said, who declined to be identified in line with government
policy.
