1. gross margin 10%. (strange last qt, it's 20%, it suddently goes
to 10% this qt ?)
2. still massive short-term debt. short-term debt still close to
$1B. But some of the shor-term debt has been transformed to long-term. So
now interest cost becomes signficantly larger. Last qt. interet cost is $10M
