FAIRFIELD, Conn. (TheStreet) -- General Electric(GE) Friday reported first-
quarter earnings of $1.9 billion, or 17 cents per share, on revenue of $36.6
billion.
On a continuing operations basis, the Dow component earned $2.3 billion, or
21 cents a share.
The average estimate of analysts polled by Thomson Reuters was for the
