housing price. But now, things changed. It is good time to shoot it.

The notion of "jump start" an economy is a myth. Economy cannot be jump-
started. The only thing that can be are bubbles.
During a crisis like that of 2008, government should have done NOTHING.
The reason there's a crisis was b/c too much resource got mis-allocated
so it needed reshuffling. Government should stay out and let marketing
force sort it out. It'd lead to a short term pain but a long term gain.
When government gets in the way, they look at the short-term gain only,
