also, it was just 5th largest IB at that time. |

standpoint. secondly Drexel did not have so many ex employees working in
the government. thirdly lots of Goldman in-house lobbyists are former Dem
staffers. last but not least, google al gore, ccx, and Goldman.

当然和drexel只是一个比较，历史不可能一模一样的重演

reviewed and approved the disclosure used in the ABACUS transaction - they
are ready to blame this on their outside counsels if necessary.

一样被政府拆掉了，glass-steagall有很多条款就是针对jp morgan的.
跟大趋势做对没什么好下场的
