发帖数: 2630 | 3 Yesterday 06/04/2010 the second quarter earning for HOV came out. It was
disappointed as I expected. After earning report, its shares dropped around
15% while DOW up .06%.
Here is the reason:
1. revenue: dropped to 320M, last quarter was 400M, estimate was 350M
2. sale: sales dropped 23% again since Apl 30 which is expiration date of tax credit
3. loss: 30M, -35c/share vs last year same quarter 120M, -$1.5/share. consensus was -64c/share. So it is improved, but remember, the revenue was dropp |
