2) the location is 5000 feet deep, could they apply the fast-curing concrete
into such deep location?

Not necessarily fill the hole from top to the bottom. All we need is a
friction plug..
The fresh concrete can be delivered by conveyors such as high pressure pipe...

其实，政府和bp都有责任。
刚刚一开始漏油的时候，应该是多管齐下来控制漏油：1）打泄压井，2）插管，3）水
面控制漏油，4）其他方法等等。这样，几个方法同时开工，开始做，其中哪个方法成
功控制了漏油的话，其他方案则自行终止。
最保险的方案，就是打泄压井。但是这种方案的时间和周期最长。
而政府和bp实际上，用的是找简单的方法来控油，结果，a方案实施后，发现不行，然
后再上b方案，实施后发现还是不行，于是再上c方案，实施后，发现还是不行，于是上
d方案。。。。
结果，所有时间都耽误了，原油漏点越来越多，漏洞越来越大，越来越难控制了，生态
灾难越来越大了，损失越来越大。。。 |

I think they really need to consult top engineers in big design institues in China. Those old guns are experienced with many situation like this |
