Stocks' losses accelerated as Monday's session drew to a close as traders
worried about Europe's banking
system and tighter rules for Wall Street.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average, which posted a modest decline through most
of the afternoon, was recently
off by 119 points at 10075. The Nasdaq Composite Index turned lower, giving
back a slight gain to trade
