过去30年，近海石油从10%的比重增加到了30-35%
这次BP事件是对近海石油开发的沉重打击。
近海开发从50-300米浅水区延伸到了目前3500米-5000米深的深海远洋开发。再远已经
不经济了。 |

EXPLORING COLD REGION IS THE FUTURE.
I am involving projects in cold regions including Alaska, North Alberta
Canada, Russia...North Europe...this has bigger potential than offshore

actually it is well positioned.
there are many module shop yard close to the construction area.
The project currently i am dealing with has two yards. one is in Edmonton,
400 km south from the site, the other one is in South Korea.
Transportation is not a big deal compared with deep water offshore
exploration.
