when I was playing USO, one thing I learnt was that when the hurricane
came , it's a good chance for shorting, since the hurricane was just an
excuse for them to jack up the price, and the hurricane is going to go
away anyway in less than 2 weeks

下来，还不如拿着这钱去搞点有意义的公共事业，主动扩大就业。 |
