MBIA Inc.'s Adjusted Book Value, a non-GAAP measure, was $35.76 per share at
June 30, 2010 compared with $36.01 per share at March 31, 2010.
During the second quarter of 2010, MBI repurchased $2 million par amount of
the preferred shares of MBIA Corp. for approximately $160 thousand and
approximately $17 million of its 9.375% Notes due February 2011 at par.

net investment income both fell sharply.
