BAC at 13.25 today. Off course you could wait at 12.xx, but there is a
chance that you miss the bus.
if long term it makes money, it is a good deal for me.

term I don't care how much low it would go from here now, the only thing i
know is the price I bought today is 52-week low.
there is over 80% chance I would make money from what I bought today.
