purely due to unemployment and weak economy. under the same or even worse
economy but with tax credit, home sales rose significantly. now the credit
is gone, there's few incentive for ppl to buy house at the moment. and upon
which, one important change for the present vs the old times is it's very
hard to get the low mortgage rates nowadays. |
