日本买了中国的稀土主要是用于储备，并不是急用，所以日本不急着到处采购。中国的
稀土现在正在整合和合并，控制低价出口，中国的企业不会急着卖到第三国去。

关键是楼主认为中国计划出口到日本的稀土会供应到其他国家去，这一点放在当今中国
已经不成立了。

in the 80's, small chinese factories are set up all over the country to
extract low grade materail from the ore and then selling them to (mostly)
japan at very low margins
because the price was so so cheap, it was nothing to the japs they just
bought up tons of them and store away in a warehouse
after thirty years or so the chinese goverment started to realize this is a
problem ........ they finally wake up but maybe t |

away in high temperature oven to give the low grade product
as oxides ---- which they sell to japan
japan has to further refine the oxides through (electric) reduction to get
the metal that can be used

从TA上来讲，现在是卖点（短期涨幅翻番，技术指标超买），不是买点，也许等过段时
间到了20块的时候就是好的买点了。

Most rare earth processor in western countries have stopped producing since its low price can not cover their cost.
Currently China has 37% world reserve, US has 13% world reserve.
China has reduce 70% of export quote in July and rare earth price has sky-rocket, some heavy rare earth has rise 10 times since then. So any ban like this will only raise the price
