Market lost its up trending momentum today after a round of weak economic
data from both U.S. and Europe despite the better-than-expected data on home
sales. S&P 500 down 9.45 points ( or -0.83%) to close at 1124.83.
Financial stocks went down most today.
Today's market action is pretty bearish after the market accelerated the
loss upon closing although all the news were not significant enough to
justify the slide. It is very likely that the short term market top has
been established

Well said indeed. Only question I have is when Fed will do something to
further stimulate the economy. That might give the market incentive to move
higher and revisit the top at 1150. I am so far extremely bearish about this
quarter.
