Well, i've post extensively on AMD. the idea is that the bottom is over, it'
ll run into heavy resistance at the upper edge of gap (it's also the down
trendline from May. it certainly did. wavering around this level for 3 weeks
. yesterday, however, the selling seems to exhausted all of a sudden. and
price is right, at a strong support level- it's the previous low, as well as
the lower BB band. also the semi sector is picking up steam (my read was
contrary to some others on the board) so it's natural that one should go
long.

don't know, most likely drifting lower and explode one day out of blue on
some funky news and then dies down. just like hellobruce say, stuck money in
it and losing chance at other promising stocks is far worse than the few
cents of lost.

rise for weeks (corrections of course will be there, but relative short and
shallow), in short it became a long hold. initial price target would be 9.
hopefully it'll break april high before my call expired Jan 2011. |
