right now in the rare earth sector,
Lynas (LYSCF.PK) is the most undervalued and the most solid company. not a
speculative play at all. it will be the first to mass produce in 2011!
it's grossly undervalued because it only list in Australia exchange (LYC.AX)
even better, the australian exchange is closed so far this week, and LYSCF.
PK didn't go up much this week because of that.
My big position in LYSCF was in 40 cents, added around 1.2, and today added
more at 1.8. China cut quota for 2011 further, lynas will benefit most
because it will start sell in 2011! it should be a $3 stock right now at
least. should worth more than MCP!

that's right, the FA is the same since summer 2009 and will remain the
same for the next 5 years.
We have to look at price level and how much is accounted for.
I have to say it's a bit awkward now to get into this sector after the
huge rise.
long term still look good, if you want to buy, I would recommend:
LYC.AX (LYSCF.PK) major production early next year, I started buying
around 0.45 since last summer, most recently added at 1.2. very
undervalued comparing to MCP. my target price is $4 in 2 years.
Avalon (AVARF.PK) huge heavy rare earth, which is very valuable. |

Lynas will produce in a couple of months
Mcp will at least take another year and even then it's still a question mark
There are environmental hurdles
Now you compare their market cap and you can reach your own conclusion

I like AVL for the following key reasons:
1. huge heavy rare earth, which are more valuable than light rare earth.
2. superb management, if you look at their past dilutions, they always
dilute at local high stock price.
I hold stocks for mid to long term, can't comment on daily or hourly price
movements.
