"We are very pleased with the progress we made during 2010 in working
through the stressed loans in our portfolio. Non-performing assets at the
end of the year are at half the level of last year. Our actions should allow
us to regain quarterly profitability by the third quarter of 2011," Ms.
Nash concluded.
