what do we get from optionxpress? how many account does it have and how much asset and deposit does it hold?
I doubt if ETFC wants to sell itself out at 12B... lol

EFTC may be bought out, but not with an insane premium.

nobody forces anybody to buy or sell... unless for kids under 18 years old...
nobody is qingwa here....don't pretend to be green to escape responsibilities to their actions.
Only compare the ratios of the Options Express Schwab deal in terms of Price/Book, Takeover/Book, and Takeover/Enterprise value.....
your money is not my money, so your decision is not my decision..
By the way, nobody lost a dime on this pup.

yes, ETFC has one of the best Wealth management unit among brokerage firms.
I don't understand why ETFC sells this unit to others...
The wealth management division manages huge amount of pension for clients, companies...
in 2008, and 2009, most people here made serious statement that ETFC would be going under or chapter 11 as a must. I said it was impossible....
