今天读了一篇关于HEAT借壳上市的文章，感觉该公司不太可信。现把链接奉上，大家说说

国内资产，但是感觉业务还算正规，既然已经上市了，而且资产在国外，还能怎样呢？

HEAT的management如果不做任何表示，没有任何PR，我也觉得蹊跷。
BullishSolar说了HEAT高层领导英语娴熟，不是一般的土鳖，应该有理由相信会对股东
有所
交待。

发帖数: 7517 | 16 Just play safe. Never bet too much on a single small-cap stock. I would be
nervous if investing 10% on this.
On the other hand, it appears rather safe now. It is already down 50% this year. If shorts want to attack it, there is not much room for it to drop without resistance. BTW, the stock book value is $4, and it has $1.5 cash there. Barclay's did secondary offering at $5 a few months back, and the company have cash to do a lot of things - like stock buyback.

%的增长幅度还是可信的.
但是就怕有人从上市上做文章.

lz发的那个消息去年8月份就有了。
睿能的CEO是清华的硕士，高管里还有几个海龟，相比ldk，我相信heat的管理层更靠谱
。Heat上市前的董事长是前沈阳市的搞开发的主任，管理层里现任的CFO和审计都有政
府背景，所以在东北，公司有了这层关系也比较靠谱。
Heat的上市辅导是美国的一个equity firm做的，走的和不少小中概一样的路线，就是
先上场外交易市场，再上纳市，整个融资过程也可谓不短，所以该有的经验人一样不少
，现在没发布消息，就是没消息，或者在等配合庄启动。
Heat的国内市场不小，公司运营看起来也很正常，没有负面消息，报表看上去很华丽，
虽然资产负债有些项目有问题，但完全都可以解释。
一大批中资08年进的美国市场，我相信他们如果要坐庄，目标就是heat这种中概，盘小
而且好控制，还没有国内的监管。
所以这次Heat这样搞，到底是不是因为有shake up的消息不知道，但我更相信是因为庄
比较狠。
