first, slv has been staying below $20 for a long time, and I don't see any
silver miner going bankrupt because of that. So this suggest at $20 is high
enough a price to cover all the cost for digging out silver and then some.
second, with imaging going digital, the industrial demand for silver is not
increasing.
third, sure, there is and will be more inflation, so I will throw in an
extra $5 to cover that, that's where my $25 come from.
last but not least, just like anything on the wall street, what goes up,
comes down. At $40, silver bears have a decent margin of safety to go short.

that doesn't mean supply can increase quickly. it takes many years to start
new mines.
also if LV bag cost is $500, they can still sell for $4000 as long as there
is demand.
2. if you think of silver purely as a industrial commodity, you surely are
shaking your head as why silver is rallying to 40.
3. everybody knows that everything will peak some day. the question is when?
how about silver over 100?
4. short term it can correct from 40-50, but longer term it's going up, that
's where our opinion differs.

in 1922, 1 once silver = $0.125
in 2011, if use old time US dollar value, then 1 once silver= $225.
Got it?
That is why I say the most intelligent investor/trader is in commodity
trading, neverlearn is a good example.
