I don't know, it's just that linkedin looks like a repeating of diaper.com.
If linkedin ipoed a few years back when
its high growth rate could still stimulate people's imaginations, pricing
like this might be justified. Now it looks
like linkedin is just another medium-sized slow-growing block of internet
establishment, more close to
Microsoft than to Facebook.

already registered users and people who are not on it may not be its target
ed audience anyway. granted they can vertically explore value from existing
users by enriching its prodcut offerings and premium services, but I'm just
having a hard time imagining how that would justify a >40 P/S rario. scratch
ing my head here...
