，才发现加拿大机票真是不白做啊，这么5，6口人，旁边有个卡嘉莉吧，才800公里，
来回光机票那就1500了，还不算租车和油费，
我顿时觉得租车/开车去划算。
灰狗我也算过了，一个人也100多块呀，也上千了，好像也没比飞机便宜多少？那为啥
大家要坐灰狗？ |

buying a half million house now... the house prices have picked up and
bottom out from 2009 dip and climbing back to the price of 2008 level in the
past two years.....lots of new houses are under construction now... |

yes, Canadian people are richer than Americans averagely for now. Because
their house valule is up other than down compared with USA...

前几天我和以前那个经纪人聊天，经纪人高兴的说，你真会买啊，你看看那图形，你买
的那是加拿大5年来的最低点，2009年拿到钥匙的。
他说，我老婆就怕你不买，当时我们俩既想做你工作，又不敢得罪你，怕你不满意，你
太挑了，看了20个房子都定不下来，我老婆那天晚上就说你太挑了。
我说，哪儿的话，谢你还来不及呢。以后这种事，你们往狠了骂我，没错。
我去年跟C帅说温哥华的房子投资，C帅不当回事，他如果去年买的，我昨天问了一个大
奶，她去年秋天过来买的50万，现在都涨10万了。
这经纪人特够意思，当时我人生地不熟的，为我立下汗马功劳。

I think it is better for you to rent a home stay with 2 or 3 bedrooms.
All if you have money, just step in hotel in downtown.. very great quality.
You can drive to Banff National Park, Jasper National Park (better than
Banff)
get hot spring spa and bath in the moutain villa...but you need to call in
to reserve.
It is very difficult to book due to hot season now.
I only check out two house one is 720,000, one is 499,900. then I go with
the latter one because
it is just beside a very big grass playground that makes all your windows of
bedrooms facing east
wild open area and good view.... and LT train will be connected to the
community. When I leave the
city someday after the project done, I can easily rent it out at 1800-2000
bucks per month plus
self paid utility..given oil business won't crash down again like 2008-2009

游的，你听过吗？他在论坛里做广告来着。我们要住几天，做饭啊，开两个房间，行吗
？ 好像可以做饭的，对吧？
另外，我表哥在多伦多，我现在还没想好，我们是一大家子都住他那套房子，还是我们
在外面住，你了解当地习俗，哪个方便？他自己当然说没问题了，但咱这么冲过去，我
们都觉得这吃住起来，也太占人便宜了呀。

hotel...:-) won't bother friends too much specially if you take your whole
family on the trip....Friendship tastes like pure water..and can last for
ever..
I just arrived in Calgary for couple of weeks...busy with project and really did not find time to drive out of the city for fun. so totally no clue. |
