那是因为老中现在都是25岁，35岁。等他们到了55岁再看吧。
55岁的硅工被裁，再也找不到工作，也没有医疗保险了。一次心脏病发作，他攒的几百
万棺材本就全报销了。
硅工在病床上断断续续地说，我一直支持共和党。。。绝对不能搞什么全民健保，给没
工作的人有买保险的机会。。。所以我是winner。。。我用自己的破产，换来把黑皮肤
的总统赶下台，让白皮肤的总统上台，实在是值啊。。。我都到美国来了，虽然自己是
男的，不能嫁给白大人，如果连总统都不是白的，那还有啥意思呢。。。 |

i don't see how that problem could be solved by everyone insurance.

奥巴马就是一个骗子，加税从来都只是作为谈判筹码，根本没有真心诚意想加税。
本来大家投票给八马就是希望提高富人税，现在明白被骗，以后民主党想忽悠选票也难
了。

搞全民健保已经加了一次了，你老仔细看看。
中期选举之后他没了leverage，只好步步后退。不过Bush tax cut是要expire的，国会
就算通过法案extend，他也可以veto。所以剩下的一年半他有leverage。看他做的怎么
样吧。

中等收入的人，自费治大病会倾家荡产，这是全世界的规律。就算是改革了，降低了费
用，只不过是让你破产一次和破产两次的区别。
你可以说你在中国就可以自费治病。但那是因为你的收入，在中国是top 1%，不是中等
收入。中国的中等收入阶层，月薪五千一万块，如果没有保险，生大病照样破产。
当然你老可能比较牛，能够在心脏病发作的时候自己买飞机票，十几个小时飞回中国治
病。

o8m's insurance reform is just like adding tax instead of cutting gov
spending. you can't say adding tax is the pre-condition or 1st step of
cutting spending.

Isn't every driver required by law to buy auto insurance? Why auto insurance
is not as expensive for people? Because good drivers get insurance as well.

the required part is liability. law doesn't require you to buy comprehensive
one.

一步一步来呀。这么多议员在那里扯皮，怎么可能一开始就做到完美？民主就要看方向
是不是对。
