MSN Network Communications Technology Co., the operator of Microsoft Corp.'

Renren shares rose 7.7% to $7.86 in light premarket trading. Through Tuesday
's close, the stock has fallen 48% since going public May 4 at a price of $
14.
Renren and MSN China will share applications and services across the two
social-networking platforms, including unified account login, content
synchronization, and finding and communicating with friends.
Renren reported earlier this month it swung to a slim profit in the second
quarter thanks to the absence of warrant write-downs, but a surge in
operating costs eclipsed its 53% revenue growth.
