it is obvious that it will not, looks at the previous much bigger bail out,
it is too less to make the difference, and even it is it will be temporary.
it is just a political show, in the long run it might be better just doing
nothing, but o8 can not afford doing nothing, next year's election you need
something to talk about.
but the GOP is no frog, they will approve the tax part, but will kill the
other part or maybe add more unfavorable thing for O8.
i think September might be even more volatile than august with the Euro
crisis intensifying, maybe you have not seen nothing yet in August. | e**s
