US corporate Wi-Fi specialist Meru Networks total revenues for the third
quarter rose 9 percent to USD 23.8 million from 21.8 million in the year-ago
quarter. Products and services revenues (excluding ratable revenues) grew
21 percent to USD 23.3 million from USD 19.3 million. Product revenues grew
20 percent to USD 20.1 million from USD 16.7 million. Ratable revenues fell
to USD 507,000 from USD 2.5 million. Net loss widened to USD 5.37 million or
USD 0.31 loss per share from USD 797,000 or USD 0.05 loss per share in the
same period last year. Cash and cash equivalents amounted to USD 41.66
million at the end of the period. Customer count grew over 5,500 worldwide,
an increase in the installed base of approximately 8 percent from the end of
