本来在网上抢了双靴子，寄过来一看,鞋是好鞋，就是鞋底居然都有些磨的印子，
倒是没有损伤，于是跑到店里面去退，一个西班牙还是墨西哥裔的男店员，看了一下
reciept,说是sales的item，不能退到店里面，我说，不sales我还不买呢，问题是你们
公司的policy就是45天可以退到店里面或者网站，我这不是正好过来shopping，顺便退
了。他说你可以退到网站，我们店不能退，我说这是你自己制定的rule？叫你们
Manager出来，，我跟他说。他说他就是这个店的Manager，我说show me your ID, I
will take a photo of it. 他开始拒绝给，后来又拿了一个印有店地址电话的卡片给
我，我说This is not your ID, I didn't ask anything beyond the policy.
这时已经有几个店里的顾客看是在看热闹了，我马上提高声音，"Just show me
your ID, based on the purchase contract, you can't refuse to serve me as a
customer! This is not your company, I don't believe you are the manager here
because you don't even know how to behave as a manager!"这个家伙屁都不敢放
了，拿着对讲机叫了另外一个亚裔过来，亚裔也装模作样的说不行，我一看那个家伙估
计也不是经理，过来给他打掩护的，然后问我要付款的credit card，我show了show我
的黑卡，然后他说什么”按理不行，不过给我例外“，骗他妈的谁啊，网站上的policy
写得清清楚楚。我说”maybe your understanding of the policy is different to
me, I don't want to study it with you now."亚裔又说“such a nice boot!" 我说
“yes, It is, but it wears out a little bit, I want to give it out as a gift
, I want it to be flawless. Just do the return for me but I would like to
get that guy's ID and report him to the company. You know what, he said he
is the manager. This is like a joke. He doesn't know how to behave as a
manager! And that's the reason why he will stay low at his rank for the
whole life!"
退货结束后，那个西裔和一个白裔mm正站在店门口，我走上去，说“show me
your working ID, I will take a picture of it", 西裔说“I don't have an ID",
白mm过来帮腔“Don't you get what you want?" 我说"I know you are not the
manager, and you don't even know how to serve a customer, you really make
things difficult for the customer and you will feel lucky if you can still
hold this job longer" 最后这个西裔只好面带微笑，对我不断地说“Happy holidays
！Happy Holidays！”算我老宽宏大量，不值得为这样的喽喽多花时间，于是不再跟他
计较，飘然离去。
总结一下，一定要以理据争，不怕闹大，要气场强大，当然不能穿得太寒酸，这
些sales最势力了，今天我老的bloomingdales的羊绒衫，prorsum得丝绸风衣，Ralph
Lauren black label的裤子，Cole Hann的鞋，Mont Blanc的钱包，还有Breil Malino
的手表，外加black card确实让我发彪的时候挣分不少，至少那些店里面的顾客一看我
不是无理取闹了。最后奔一张大闹之后在Union Square的留影，祝大家购物愉快:) | o*********l
