super dangerous. The higher market goes, the more complacent you are and the more money you can borrow. But
force you to cover at the bottom when you need it the most. Often times I had to cut loss even if I knew the stock will
bounce very soon. Margin takes away the option of hold which is a very valuable option to have. If you really want to
use it, I'd suggest you gradually reduce it when market approaches the top. And gradually add more when bottom
nears, assuming you long good stocks not penny stocks. |
