不过我可不希望房子涨， 涨了要多交税， 多不好。

market value around 160K right now.
Few of them maybe worth around 140K right now(already made a little money).
Not much you can do, City/County needs the money badly.

release all their foreclosure ASAP.
Right now, there are absolutely no inventories here.
Lots of real estate agents told their clients be patient and wait for the
bank to release their inventories. The price will go up quite a bit if some
of these clients choose to buy them now.
This might be the last opportunity.

for the property you are interested, and contact him right away.
I give you an example:

You are interested in the house on the listing(see link), Notice, in the
bottom, Courtesy: Bridge Realty. So you know Bridge Realty list this
property. So you can call their office or look at their web site to find out
the agent that actually listed this property.
I still think there will be more foreclosure to the market, So don't panic
and overpay the property.

estates so his petty bank WellsFargo could dump their toxic mortgages
on the foolish investors that don't know better.
