turning point for Chinese economy. You may never see high speed growth in a
decade.
2. 1% drop in GDP in China increase unemployment rate by 2-3%. A 1%-1.5%
drop on employment will put huge pressure on the social unrest.
3. It means "Chinese monetary policy cannot take control of both inflation
and growth at the same time". The "跷跷板" theory is accepted by the
Government.

控通胀,保民生,调结构,求质量。。。都是此次稳增长的目标。。。
去年的9.2,即便单看cpi5.5,也是不满意的。
