Most greece debt onwers are not individual investors. Most of them are
institutional investors. Most of them bought these debts not in full prices.
Most of these institutional investors are European banks. They are facing
the pressure from their governments to accept this deal. You cannot just
judge their rationals from an individual investor point of view.
