and December. I hope your position is not margin-ed or options
so that you could with-stand the manipulation.
GDX will come back eventually after gold recovers but needs a
bit patience.

that's a lot of pain for share holders
a commodity is called by so many as a bubble while its major producers
are in where they were 5 years ago. Make you wonder what a bubble
this is. lol
that's why I stay with the metals and their junior producers who have
been in a fast track of growing their productions.

If you are interested in gold but have no positions yet then
start from owning physical gold first for good reasons.
Physical gold and GDX are different animals. In physical gold
market China, India, Russia and so on are determined buyers
w/ lots of firepower to back it up.
China and so on are not buying GDX so GDX does not have the
same firepower to beat the manipulation. GDX is thus not for
people new to the gold market.
Allocate your money to physical gold first and treat it as
long term savings. Treat GDX as more of a risk play. My 2Cs.

Those losing money in gold and silver investment must be playing
with margins or options, and that's a huge mistake. Gold and
silver will appreciate so much in the end that it's not worth
taking the risk of leveraged positions at all.

七八十年代金子暴跌了50%以后也是暴涨过很多倍的。
现在是金子调整期而已。没人知道以后会怎么样。
现在金子最不好的方面是有政府打压。 如果没有政府打压的话， 金子可以
是最好的投机工具， 涨上五倍十倍没什么稀奇的。
以后如果美国通货膨胀失控， 政府自顾不暇， 没有精力再去打压金子，
或者美国的最富的人都用金子来保值， 那么自然会让美国政府停止打压金子，
那么金子就飞上天了。。。
anyway, 我现在手里没有金子和衍生物。 倒腾了几趟gld, 只挣了点小钱。
正等着gld继续回调逢低买入。

just like I played the rare earth story last couple years and got a double
from it, but got caught in an agriculture play. You will win some but will
lose some.
unlike these speculative plays, gold is a very safe one in long term

小部分追求高回报。那样，如果Gold算在高回报的部分，buy dip就相当于是把保守资
金多分配一些过来。如果象我这样的青蛙本身就没多少钱，自然所谓的buy dip就是靠
工资省出来的钱了。正是因为工资的比重仍然不小，所以现有的资金才敢于全仓买。如
果工资的比重都可以忽略不计，全仓赌博属于自杀行为吧。
反正我是这么认为的。
