1 You should buy stocks when they'are on the way up in price, not on the way
down. And when you buy more, you do it only after the stock has risen from
your purchase price, not after it has fallen below it.
2 You buy stokcs when they‘re nearer to the highs for the year, not when
they
've sunk so low that they look cheap. You buy higher-priced stocks rather
than the lowest-priced stocks.
这两条我完全不能接受，他的书我还要读下去吗？
什么抄底，AVERAGE DOWN都是错误的！！！ |

他自己的原话。他的理论一大部分也来自livermore.后来的 dan zanger也是基本上承
传他的理论。我觉得牛市他的理论是可以赚钱的，但熊市就不太可行了。 |

发帖数: 25790 | 3 都2009第四版了，我觉得这两条明显是错误的，而且和DOW的波动理论不相容啊。哪有
一直涨的道理。

发帖数: 7490 | 8 它的方法只对应牛市牛股，但是那时候根本不需要什么pattern分析，找到最热的
sector里面最火的股票然后在调整的时候买入就行了
当然，这世界上也没有全能的万精油的方法 |

You should read his book at least once, preferably 2-3 times to make sense
of it.
He told you No. 1 rule is to buy stock when it is up and market is in a
confirmed rally. When market is in correction, or in a bear market, raise
your cash and stay with cash if you don't know how to short.
He then gave you a couple pattern that show you when the stock pull back and
ready to rebound and break out (those must happen in an uptrend). And don't
ever forget to cut you loss when the stock fell 7%-8% of your purchase
price.
IMO, it is the best book ever written for small individual investors. Every
method makes money for someone, make no mistake about it. But CANSLIM works
for me.
Read about it and try it, maybe you will like it.
