Shares of networking equipment vendor Juniper Networks (JNPR) rose 20 cents,
or 1.2%, to $16.60 in late trading after the company said its board of
directors approved a stock repurchase planning totaling $1 billion.
The new plan supplements a plan approved in 2010, also for $1 billion, which
had $162.2 million left in it at the end of the most recent quarter. |
