然后欧八最近又要动用战略储备油压低油价。
当金价大涨 而油价低迷时 受益最大的sector 就应该是原材料里的metal mining了。
现在经济基本面慢慢好转，也是支持上述argument的，万一QE来了，那当然更好。
这是俺自己想出来的，不知道对不对哈，还请大牛们不吝指教。 |

需求放缓这个不知道短期能不能显现出来呀。。

09年金价大涨而metal mining并没有很猛地彪起来应该跟当年的油价相对较高有关系
当时的金价油价比是10：1
而现在的金价油价比是17：1

储很可能9月不会印钞票，金子先跌的可能性也不小。现在买，万一赌错了，损失太大
。如果它先跌了再买入，会保险很多。

1. Miners are like leverages on gold and could be very profitable.
2. Like leverages, miners has extra risks, political risks to be exact.
3. PET wants as little excitement as possible in gold/silver sector
4. So all gold related investment is rigged. Miner is no exception.
5. Fighting PET is not for faint-hearted so be careful & skillful.
6. In addition to PET, miners have political risks.
7. If miners make a lot money, they could be taxed heavily.
8. Government might even confiscate their mines.
9. Be very selective if you want to invest in miners.

Nah. China has been buying gold like crazy. This year alone China has
imported 383 tons from Hong Kong.
Even 《求是》 magazine has turned into a gold bug. That's 《求是》,
the official voice of CCP. That's not some average 《混球时报》。
When 《求是》 suggests owning gold you know China means business.

He must be playing in the future market. Future market is where PET
sets the speculators up and then slaughter them.
The way future market is rigged by PET, I would not regard playing
futures as investment. I wouldn't even call it trading. It's mostly
gambling. When people gamble, they always lose to the casinos.

Agree, gold is just symbol. Industry usage is not that high.
Oil is the one every person needs, and people in emerging
countries, such as China/India will consume more and more.
The big difference is once it is used, it's gone, and so
far there is no good replacement. Eventually, these oil
easier to be sucked out will be gradually gone. The cost
of getting out oil also will go up.
Gold or whatever metals can be recycled. Once people start
realizing the gold is not that useful, its price will go
done.
