标 题: 有大约80万人民币和20万美元的现金，想求个6%回报率的投资。

不想很贪，就是想稳妥点。
人民币在国内，美元在这边。就是想求个安稳的投资组合，能有6%年回报率就可以了。
我研究不少forecloure的房子，但觉得还是有风险。想买股票，可看着dow几乎就是这
么多年的高点了。不敢下手。bond完全没有概念，也不懂。
有没有什么idea，share一下？多谢多谢！ |

when you have lots of money or lots of time to take care of it. It is simply
too much work. Just put in SPY and you are almost always going to have 6%
per year over 10 years. I would suggest you wait a little until you see a
market crash to buy. China is on the verge of economic collapse because of
high disparity between super rich and super poor, too many old people + one
child policy, and close dependent on US doing well. However, if you still
going back to China eventually, buy some real estate. Do not buy houses in
the city, buy/(more like rent) cheap land in the country/farm land. |

以前是6.x%,现在是5%，存进去需要被hold一年，利息当场付给你一半，风险是0,国家
银行还有啥可怕的？
30万人民币存私募，一般APR 10%附近。厉害的20%，看你的胆量了，风险都不小。
20万美元。
10万买金子，5万买石油股，3万买手表，2万存saving，准备随时旅游。 |

剩下的15万美金
金子10万，XOM 2万 RSD。A 2万 APA 8k，CHK 2k |
