As we know the bottom line price is that $3.0 cash offer. If the bidding
stops here, you would lose 11%. But we also has $3.5 stock offer, which
involves a lot more uncertainty. I think bigger player likes stock offer. So
the upside is still there.
It is best to hold the stock until the final deals comes out. You can gamble
at $2.x when the company can go to $1. Why not gamble at $3.37 when the
company can goto $3. Risk is reduced. JMHO.
