当一个中餐馆有成千上万的人竞价
那么你做不做研究已经没意义了
除非你知道别人不知道的却影响今后生意的东西
比如你打探到今后附近要规划些什么东西

your purchase price is apparently not good. However, AT A FROG LEVEL, taking
into consideration of cash Flow/earning relative to your purchase price
cannot make you beat the street either (or even an average investor).

anyalsyis, you need to take competition/business stability into
consideration.
This is the main reason I don't like technology companies that much.
Technolgy could change very fast.
