under this system, the total amount of debt will HAVE TO raise with time
any reduction on the total debt will be reflected by strong deflation/
recession
so when consumers were taking more debt on housing, we got a "boom"
once that went bust, consumers can not spend more so the government has
to spend more in order to avoid the collapse.
government WILL keep spending on either running welfares or policing the
world.
