opionion.
Medicare/Medcaid is the biggest problem. In china, if you have deadly cancer
, you can use the drug made in china for almost free or you can use the
latest drug from oversea at your own expense. In other words, if you have
money you have better chance to survive.
Medical communitiy in US has very strong lobby, almost no chance for any
meaningful cost control reform.
