go back to market again.
Just look at Seagate, it had much lower PE, management and majority share
holders were not happy with market valuation that wall street
gave. It went to private, just after a couple of years, it came out
again to the market.
Keep in mind, the private funds usually have no big interest in running the
company. Their ultimate goal is to make money by doing some reorganization
or consolidation. They may break up the company multiple pieces and sell
them one by one. |
