We bought this Samsung plasma TV 58 inches about 2 years ago, everything was
OK until this Wednesday afternoon. When I turned on, these is a black
horizontal line appeared, on the screen! What is it? I plug out, left it for
one day, and plug on, and the line still there! I Google it, and people say
more lines will appear later… I guess there is a fish net will appear on
my TV screen very soon. Fish is good, net is not bed…but not on my TV
screen, so I decided to do something.
I go to the store that I purchased it, a guy told me it is under 1 year
warranty, so it is not refundable or returnable. I have been sent to a place
where can repair it. Ok, maybe it is a hope. I go to there, and the repair
guy told me it is the panel problem, what is a panel problem? He sounds like
saying it all time. He told me nothing he can do except buying a new panel
to replace it, and the cost buying a new panel is as same as buying a new TV
!
Wow, that was easy! This TV cost over $2000, and suddenly, just because
there is a line on it, It should be in garbage?
I go home and log on the Internet, www.samsung.ca, this time, the nice, well
marketing Website is not attractive to me anymore, actually, it looks like
a garbage too. I found the customer support, called 1-800-726-7864. It is
Saturday afternoon, surprisingly, A guy answered the phone just in 1 min,
and being very polite, but he told me just like repair guy, what I can do is
either buy a new panel for thousands bucks or buy a new TV.
What is that!
Nobody told me dump my TV like dumping a garbage, they all very nice. I
figure it out by my own, the big, shining, wonderful screen TV last 2 years
only, just 2 years, just 2 years, and than turned it to a Garbage!!!
The shoes that I bought even last than 2 years, the cell phone that I bought
last than 2 years, the bike that I bought last than 2 years, the clothing I
wear… the stereo I listened… the battery for my watch even last than 2
years… but not thousands dollars Samsung TV? What is that shit? What is
that garbage!!!
Samsung, you are doing a terrible job, and making a terrible TV, and making
your customers frustrating! And the money that we give it to you never has
warranty to get it back!
These is happed to thousands people, and Samsung do nothing with it! | D******e
