Its price is at Bottom with two more catalyst events:
1. Auxilium's drug Xiaflex for indication Frozen Shoulder Phase IIa. Top-
line data due in the first quarter of 2013.
2. Xiaflex indication for Dupuytren's disease have PDUFA on 09/06/2013.

Xiaflex indication for Peyronie's disease have PDUFA on 09/06/2013, NOT the
indication for Dupuytren's disease which is already approved.
AUXL's future is on the druge Xiaflex, more indications mean huge profit-up(
approved indication Dupuytren's plus going to approve indication Peyronie's
could mean more than $1B market opportunity without any notable competition)
. The other drug Testim could be challenged by generic.
AUXL is cash rich now, 173.49M + recent finance $338.7= about $500m cash, 0
debt.
