conspiracy to commit securities fraud for passing on illegal stock tips to
his friend
Mr. London allegedly provided the tips to Mr. Shaw in exchange for cash—in
bags containing $100 bills, wrapped in $10,000 bundles—and concert tickets,
including one for Bruce Springsteen. Another time the payoff came in the
