consolidated from six to three major airlines in the past few years. The
new company may make over $4 a share next year. When the investors start to
realize the industry has sustainable earnings power the stocks will rerate
and could easily double. Some patience is needed for the merger to close
and change of hands (debt holders of old AMR will get most of the shares and
they may sell).
