today announced the filing of a shelf registration statement on Form F-3
with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
The shelf registration statement, when declared effective by the SEC, will
allow Himax and Innolux Corporation, one of the Company's major shareholders
and largest customer, the flexibility to potentially offer and sell from
time to time in the future, in one or more public offerings, up to 25,472,
673 and 25,399,753 of the Company's American Depositary Shares, respectively
. The specifics of any future offering, including the price and use of
proceeds of any such securities offered by Himax or Innolux Corporation, as
applicable, will be established at the time of the offering and will be
described in a prospectus supplement filed with the SEC at the time of the

这个公司我认为是靠谱的，至于值不值现在这价，我不知道。

我也觉得靠谱，他们投影仪的技术有我们学校之前一位老教授（后来去港科大）的贡献
。我之前开题正好也相关，所以才关注的 | N****L
