发帖数: 100 | 2 Cannot agree anymore. Yes it sucks, most of these Chinese companies will be
all eventually 掏空 by its management. You cannot trust them. Never hold
them long time.
Having said that, where did you see 3/4? In the conf. call it was mentioned
a couple of hundred million, which I assume about 1/2 of the money. And 30%
of the special dividend is going to Sohu as sohu owns about 30% of all
preferred shares. But unfortunately the rest will go to other preferred
share holder including Charles himself (about 50%). Still hard to justify
this kind of special dividend, when compared to the term of the preferred
shares. A bunch of crooks!
