It seems that you have only one belief is the emerging market is the place
to be, and you are almost solely promoting China.
For China, the place to be is real estate, not CAF. It had higher return,
and continue to have higher return. If it goes down, so does the whole
economy as you can see its eye-popping ~20% increase to sustain 7.5% GDP
